Home Support
Home Support is a home maintenance subscription plan. We provide quarterly maintenance and seasonal care. This program is designed to enhance your property’s value and prevent small issues from becoming big problems.
Our team will compile a checklist of maintenance items to develop a care plan that is right for you.
Our service fee includes evaluating your home and property needs, access to our mobile app, scheduling repairs, coordinating sub-contractors, monitoring, and tracking repairs and processing invoices and billings for your repairs.
We can manage your contracts for additional maintenance services to be the single point of contact for all your home maintenance needs and invoices.
How it Works
Home Assessment
Initial home health assessment: review of your home inside and out. Checking common critical items on the exterior and interior of your home, including an inventory of all appliance and systems for servicing. Our team will document and discuss areas of concert, making recommendations and developing an action plan that works for you.
Program Design
Our team will create an annual service plan tailored to your home, completed through seasonal visits. All of this is coordinated with your schedule with notification reminders for better planning and communication.
implementation
Each year our team will conduct an updated Home Assessment to refine your custom service plan to address evolving needs and issues. This also provides you with valuable documentation of repairs and improvements to your home over time.
